Refund Policy

At Aelina, every order and experience is created with care. Because of the nature of our small-batch business and limited-capacity events, all sales are final.


General Purchases:

All purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.

 


Event Tickets:

All event ticket purchases are final sale and non-refundable due to limited seating and advance preparation.

However, if you notify us at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled event, we can transfer your ticket to another upcoming event of equal value (subject to availability).

  • Requests made under 48 hours cannot be moved or refunded.
  • No-shows are considered final sale.
